Slow down...slow down

26/08 (Fri)
Had our first Alpha lesson. F and J continued to turn up which is a encouraging sign to all of us. A lot of good questions were brought up which L1 managed to tackle most of them. Had some fun dancing when jazz music was being played and W & A did some funny moves. M was again motivated to pick up the dance. Finished my day with some supper at Bedok with E,W & A.

27/08 (SaT)
Had my last guitar lesson before meeting Wm at Clarke Quay. The both of us went to explore the different of Chinatown and Clarke Quay. I was treated to 'Pranda" cake by Wm which tastes quite delicious. Met up with the rest of the people at Settlers Cafe and played a number of new board games. Opened up my knowledge of Board games. Went to Raffles place to meet Sharon and Danny before walking back to Clarke Quay to meet the rest of the group. Sort of lose our ways and spent half an hour walking round and round in circles. Eventually found the place and realized that we bypass it at a earlier time. Quite similar to the way we walk our lives, we may continue to live everyday of our lives without realizing the purposes and direction. Sometimes, we need to slow down abit to look around us and most importantly, know our end point before continuing our journey. Web joined us later and the whole group of us proceeded to Indochine for some chill out session. We totally spoil the ambience of the place by the level of our noise. Haha!!! What does it matter? As long as we enjoyed ourselves. Went for supper again with A, S, D and W. Reached home and slept around 2 plus.

28/08 (Sun)
Went to church and found myself to be quite tired. What's the reason behind it? I dun know. Anyway, did some reflection and realize that I've been going out too often and not taking good care of my Body. Need to slow down once again before the energy level in my 'bank account' get used out. Will try to recharge in the upcoming weeks ahead and to 'top up' my bank account again.

Feelings and Reflection:
People will get lost in lives at some point of time regardless of the age, occupation, sexes....etc. The most important thing to do when such situation arises is simply to take a short rest and not doing any work or going out for social activities. We should always take some time time off our busy schedule to reflect how are we handling our lives currently. Are we finding joy in the things we do or do we simply drag our footsteps to work?
It's time for me to do some serious stuffs now. That's to go watch the last espisode of the Japanese Drama of the doctor. Haha!! What a good form of relaxation for me!!
