Changes
Friday nite was spent at web's place once again wif yun where the three of us had quite a great chat ranging from relationships, work, finances and religions too. Though my intention yesterday was to go out to town for a drink and listening to music to rot my friday night away. (a pity yun didnt pick up the call earlier....haiz!!)
One interesting topic was whether a leopard can change it's spot. Can a person really change his own image of what others portray of him? Personally I believe it's possible. Of course changes does not happen overnight, but I strongly believe that if one is willing to change, he can definitely do it eventually. The only things in life that does not change is changes. Therefore, people had to continually changes for the better so that they will not stay stagnant or be too comfortable in their comfort zone.
There is a season for everything and now I felt that the season for changes has once again descend which I slowly walking in the direction of it. Others had taken a step ahead and it's time for me to walk towards it too. However, it's impt to constantly keep a clear and focused mindset on the purpose as often or not, we can fall into the wrong way without us realizing it. For example, Love & Lust. There is only a thin margin between the two and it's easy for us to fall into this trap of lust without our own knowledge. A good intention can be easily transmitted into a 'evil' one if one does not have keep his mind focused on the end point.
Struggles was shared and each of us admit that there is just too many things that had keep our minds busy throughout the week. God work in ways we do not understand and sometimes difficult times is to draw us closer to Him. Verses was shared but the two "MOST" famous verses for me now is still Psalm 119-9,11 and 1 Cor 10-13. Sometimes, experiences is learnt through the hard way which simply make it memorable and personal to ones.
Last but not least, just wanna thank God for bringing me through another test. Let us look forward to another great day ahead.
