First Meeting

Friday nite was spent lazying at xin wang cafe at Marina Square with web n his new gf plus cs and mon. It's our first meeting and everyone was quite excited regarding this "parents" meeting session. Won't comment too much but let wish the two of them all the best in this new found relationship.
As many of my frens are getting attached, there are also some that had broken their past relationships. Let all take this as a peck of salt and let us welcome the future with a smile on our faces.
Religion was discussed and some are mentioning about the false smiles, concern, lecturing involved among the group. It seemed that many a times, we had often forgotten the reason that we came to know Christ. Had we become too superficial that even the warmth we share with others had become just some standard procedures that we follow? Had we include too many of our own thinkings that once others did not behave in a certain way, we define them as rebellious?
All of us know that the laws and rules are there for a good reason. It's to prevent us from doing the wrong things and we should try to behave in a godly way so that we can be a good example to others among us. However, it seem that some are pushed away because of this culture and structure that is being set in place.
What is love? Did we forget that it is God who love us first and also, He will acept us as we are. Life is full of choices and we have the freedom to choose the path that we're going to walk. Just do it and not regret the decisions that we made. Somehow or rather, It seem that I need to be 'politically' right more and more each day.

Moving Future

Just came back from the Philippines trip on thur. It's my first business trip and also, my first flight since 10 years back. Really quite eye-opener to see the culture of different country and also the standard of living. Have one more week before the deadline of my report....haiz!!
Went to zoo with meryl, sin li, cs, sijia, henry, alena plus three new frens of sijia. Close to 10 years since my last visit to the Zoo. Seem to lose the excitement and easily tired after 2 hours of walking. Really missed my R & R session in the midst of walking.
Lastly, the future seem to be looking good for myself with things going smoothly all this while. Had a good event which I did not expect it. Not waiting to put too much anticipation and hope to prevent any dissappointment at the last. Let just take a step at a time and hope things will turn out fine in the end.
Nowadays, it seem that everyone is getting into relationships and let me wish all of them all the best for their future.
